Scored a like new copy of the out of print Woven and Interlocking Book Structures by Claire Van Vliet. There are still some used copies floating around, but things get pricey. You can find an authorized downloadable PDF…[here] Having already read the book a half dozen times, it has now lost it's like newness but is a valuable addition to my library. The first thing I learned was when cutting a slot in paper, to first mark the ends of the cut with a prick of a small sharp awl, needle etc to prevent the slot from tearing. Why didn't I think of that? The example bindings are interesting and I'm in the process of making a study binding to be posted later this week.
