A proof of concept study completed during an otherwise busy week. The 78" continuous spine was cut from a roll of pink flooring paper [a humorous task performed on the floor] that was alternately cut to provide folded full page and smaller tab sections. Kraft paper pages were cut on a bias with slots cut into the truncated spine fold to receive the tab element of the continuous spine. In final form, the continuous spine will be made from a [long] roll paper color print, the pages made from double-sided black & white prints, with hardcovers attached to the continuous spine. Page layout should prove a challenge along with the alternate stories for the color and b/w images.
